This paper examines the importance of formal, non-formal and informal education within the corporate system, with a special focus on their integration to generate applicable knowledge that enables competitiveness and social responsibility of organizations. The paper is grounded in the assumption that modern society is characterized by a paradox of the availability of knowledge with a simultaneous deficit of its practical application. Based on theoretical and conceptual analyses, as well as the proposed empirical model, the need to develop an integrated model of corporate education that connects individual competencies with organizational and social goals is indicated.
